About

Meet Abigail.

Portrait of Abigail Ansah, SPHRi, HR and data analytics professional

Several years in HR taught me that the best people decisions are backed by evidence, not instinct - that conviction is what draws me to predictive people analytics. Alongside core HR practice, I build predictive models that anticipate workforce outcomes rather than react to them, work I believe points to where the profession is headed: from reactive HR to predictive HR.

Where I've Been

From coordinating learning and development at a telecom company, to rebuilding HR systems that lifted performance and revenue, to automating people data into real-time insight - my path has been a single throughline: turning HR from a support function into a source of measurable advantage, wherever the mission takes it.

Workforce & People Analytics

Predictive workforce analytics, people analytics, AI and machine learning, statistical modeling and regression, and process automation and API integration - built in R, Python, Excel and SQL, and visualized in Tableau, Power BI and custom tools.

Strategic HR, workforce planning, talent management, HR Metrics, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, compensation & reward, employee & labor relations, learning & development, and conflict resolution.

Beyond the Day Job

SME - HRCI

Some of my most grounding work isn’t billed to a client. As a Subject Matter Expert with the Human Resource Certification Institute, I contribute to exam development activities that credential HR professionals worldwide - a quiet way of paying forward the standards I was once tested against, and a front-row seat to where the profession is heading next.

HR Operations with SIL Global

I also lend my HR operations experience to SIL Global, a nonprofit working in language development and literacy around the world. It's a very different kind of HR - mission-driven, cross-cultural, resource-conscious - and it's a good reminder that workforce systems exist for one reason: to help people do meaningful work well, wherever that work happens to be.

Entrepreneurship & Philanthropy

I'm also an entrepreneur at heart - Founder of Kharis7 People Partner and owner of Kharis Hub, a digital storefront and a philanthropist, drawn to work that gives back as much as it builds.
