HR & People Analytics

Better People Decisions - Predict What's Next!

I turn People data into decisions that move organizations forward. My focus is predictive analytics: forecasting workforce outcomes, quantifying the cost of inaction, and giving HR leaders the evidence to act early instead of react late. I don't just report what happened-I predict what's next and back it with numbers that hold up under scrutiny.

IBM Employee Attrition Prediction

Built and evaluated several supervised machine learning algorithms to predict employee attrition on a 1,470-record HR dataset, addressing class imbalance through resampling and algorithmic reweighting to substantially improve at-risk employee detection, and used SHAP values to translate model output into an estimated dollar impact on turnover cost.
